Heather earned her bachelor’s degree in speech pathology and audiology, followed by a master’s degree in health science with a concentration in health administration, from Towson University. She began her career at Johns Hopkins in 2017 as a grants and contracts analyst in the School of Medicine‘s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, where she advanced to administrative manager. She later transitioned to the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences, joining the William H. Miller III Department of Physics and Astronomy as its grants and contracts manager.
With extensive experience in research administration, Heather is dedicated to supporting faculty and staff while ensuring compliance across all aspects of sponsored research. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, practicing hot yoga and spin, listening to audiobooks, and being with friends and family.
