Taylor Bobrow is a Malone Postdoctoral Fellow advised by Nicholas Durr, Mathias Unberath and Jim Fackler. He is additionally affiliated with the Durr Lab within the Department of Biomedical Engineering.

Bobrow’s current research is focused on using computational imaging to enable low-cost, continuous point-of-care monitoring with applications such as the prevention of hospital-acquired infections. His doctoral research was focused on reducing the incidence of colorectal cancer through the incorporation of structured illumination and computer vision algorithms into endoscopic imaging.

Bobrow completed his BS in electrical engineering at Old Dominion University in 2017 and received his PhD from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in 2024.
