Danielle Ripsman is a Malone Postdoctoral Fellow advised by Kimia Ghobadi and Todd McNutt. Her research primarily focuses on applying optimization methods to radiation therapy treatment planning.
Ripsman received her MASc (2018) and PhD (2024) from the Department of Management Science and Engineering at the University of Waterloo in Canada, working under the supervision of Houra Mahmoudzadeh. She previously received a BASc (2016) in industrial engineering from the University of Toronto, where she is currently looking into healthcare worker allocation models at the Rotman School of Management.
